Extreme® Assembly Adhesives
Epoxies - Electrical and Thermal conducting

Available in two-part or one-part, both room temperature and heat curable formulations, epoxy adhesives provide high strength bonds on a wide variety of substrates. The bond can often times be stronger than the parts being bonded. Epoxies are very tough with good chemical and environmental resistance.

Electrical and Thermal conducting. These epoxy adhesives work well for electronic and mechanical assemblies.

Two part, room temperature curing thermally conductive and electrically insulating epoxy. This material is recommended for applications that require strong and excellent thermal transfer such as bonding to a printed circuit board. Bonds well to a broad range of substrates, including metals, plastics and glass. For more information please see our Technical Data Sheet.
